Regular Season Round 6: Myerscough - IBA Bologna 74-60

There was no surprise when 17th ranked ItalianIBA Bologna (4-4) was defeated by second ranked British Myerscough (7-1) 74-60 on Friday. The game without a history. Myerscough led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. Myerscough forced 25 IBA Bologna turnovers and outrebounded them 58-36 including a 22-1 advantage in offensive rebounds. The best player for the winners was Sanchez Falette (-2006) who scored 13 points and 5 rebounds. Solomi Laditan-Adebiyi (-2006) chipped in 11 points and 8 rebounds. At the other side the best for losing team was Rok Mugosa (-2006) who recorded 19 points (on 7-of-9 shooting from the field) and Joao Porto added 21 points respectively. Both coaches tested many bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Myerscough have an impressive five-game winning streak. They maintain second position with 7-1 record having just three point less than leader Alicante, which they share with Prievidza. Loser IBA Bologna dropped to the sixteenth place with four games lost. They share the position with Vienna Utd. and BTG Academy.
